The collegiate school’s Upper West Side expansion, headed by architects KPF, is a sparkling new 10-story glass curtain wall building. Laufs provided all the glass engineering, as well as full facade detail engineering for the building envelop. As a point of interest, we devised a complex substructure in key locations to allow the stone-clad corners to cantilever out.
