LaufsED is providing façade engineering and specialty crown design for the Senna Tower in Balneário Camboriú, soon to become the world’s tallest residential tower. Working alongside Talls Solutions, we are helping address the technical challenges of a 550m+ supertall structure. Our involvement includes coordinating across disciplines, contributing to the design development of all façade typologies and special conditions, and supporting the integration, performance, and constructability of both the façade system and the tower’s distinctive crown.
